Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
  • Support the smooth running of daily office operations.

  • Assist with HR documentation, forms, reports, and simple administrative follow-ups.
  • Assist in formatting, updating, and maintaining HR documents, SOPs, and records.
  • Coordinate training arrangements, including vendor liaison, logistics, and attendance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as surveys, feedback collection, and welfare initiatives.
  • Direct employee queries to the relevant HR personnel and assist with basic administrative follow-up where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior administrative or internship experience will be an advantage but is not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to multitask and follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable supporting both office administration and basic HR administrative duties.
