Job Description: Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Jr. Program Analyst to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects. Primary Responsibilities: Support program analysis and the development of documentation for healthcare initiatives. Assist in strategic planning and coordination efforts across multiple project stakeholders. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules. Support event planning and execution related to program milestones and stakeholder engagement. Assist with Congressional Affairs-related support, including the preparation of reports and briefings. Analyze and report on program metrics to assess performance and outcomes. Provide administrative and technical support for Financial Management Systems. Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for program success.
