We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Technology Change & Enablement to support the execution, adoption, and standardization of tax technology and process improvement initiatives across the Tax Business Unit within our local offices. This role is execution‑focused and will serve as a key liaison between tax teams, tax quality and risk management, tax operations, and automation stakeholders. This role will serve as the key lead on change management, training, and field deployment within the tax business unit with responsibility for supervising workstreams, guiding adoption, and supporting firmwide tax priorities. This role involves significant travel and offers a unique opportunity for growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm that thinks differently and is investing in cutting-edge technology and automation for the future. The role works closely with local offices and leadership to deploy training methodologies and best practices across the firm. Job Responsibilities Support tax technology and automation initiatives through change management, training, and adoption execution. Execute and coordinate the Tax Change Management program, including deployment, scheduling, and ongoing support. Partner with Tax Operations, Q2C, Resource Management, and tax teams to support priority initiatives. Develop, maintain, and socialize tax standardization playbooks and best practices. Design and deliver training for new tax tools, automated workflows, and standardized processes. Work with tax vendors on training curriculum and plans to develop an effective curriculum tailored to different levels in the tax practice. Serve as a primary point of contact for end users during rollouts, adoption, and stabilization. Lead our local tax change management program and socialize and resolve issues and conflicts with tax leadership. Monitor adoption and usage; provide feedback and recommendations to leadership for improvement.
