Aktuell suchen wir eine außergewöhnliche Events Operations Manager:in ab September 2026 die als großartige Koordinator:in, Event-Expert:in und echte Führungspersönlichkeit unser Team verstärkt und unseren einzigartigen Räumen Leben einhaucht. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Orchestrierung von Energie, Ablauf und struktureller Umsetzung jeder Veranstaltung, die wir ausrichten. Von großen, theatralischen Produktionen in unserem beeindruckenden Ballroom und weiteren Eventflächen bis hin zu intimen externen Pop-ups und hochwertigen Caterings direkt nebenan - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere charakteristische Mischung aus Kunst, Kultur und erstklassigem Service in jedem Detail nahtlos umgesetzt wird. Du leitest ein engagiertes internes Team und arbeitest gleichzeitig eng mit einem sorgfältig ausgewählten Netzwerk talentierter Freelancer:innen und Agenturpartner:innen zusammen. Wir veranstalten Konferenzen, Flying Dinners, Filmpremieren, Preisverleihungen, Yoga-Kurse, Gala-Dinner und alles dazwischen. OPERATIVER FOKUS & HANDS-ON-MENTALITÄT (KERN DER ROLLE) Bitte beachte, dass dies eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Position direkt an vorderster Front auf der Fläche ist. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist hochdynamisch und erfordert volle Flexibilität für Einsätze in den frühen Morgenstunden sowie bis tief in die Nacht. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zur Küche, stellst die strikte Einhaltung der HACCP-Hygienerichtlinien sicher und scheust dich nicht davor, selbst aktiv beim Servieren von Speisen und Getränken anzupacken. Über allen anderen organisatorischen Aspekten dieser Rolle steht die direkte, operative Führung, Steuerung und Motivation des Service- und Bar-Teams auf der Fläche. Right now, we are looking for an exceptional Events Operations Manager from September 2026 who will join us as a great coordinator, a events expert, and a true leader to breathe life into our unique spaces. In this role, you are responsible for orchestrating the energy, flow, and structural execution of every gathering we host. From grand, theatrical productions in our stunning Ballroom and other event spaces, to intimate external pop-ups and high-end caterings right next door, you will ensure our signature blend of art, culture, and world-class service is seamlessly realized in every detail. You will lead a dedicated internal team while working side-by-side with a curated network of talented freelancers and agency partners. We host conferences, flying dinners, movie premiers, award ceremonies, yoga calsses, gala dinners and anything in between. We are looking for an individual with an innate, high-touch mentality. OPERATIONAL FOCUS & HANDS-ON MENTALITY (CORE OF THE ROLE) Please note that this is a highly operational, deeply hands-on position on the floor. Your schedule will demand high flexibility, routinely encompassing early mornings and late-night shifts. You will act as the direct, active link to the kitchen, ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations, and step in to serve food and drinks whenever necessary. Above all other organizational or administrative aspects of this role, your primary responsibility is the direct, floor-level leadership, management, and coordination of the service and bar teams.
