About the role

The HR Officer - Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure timely and effective hiring across all departments within the company.   • Coordinate directly with the department managers for manpower planning discussions, understand
  • departmental requirements, and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate background verification and compliance documentation.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and selection communication.
  • Manage high‑volume and project‑based hiring for fabrication, engineering, shipbuilding, and workshop
  • operations.
  • Handle complete joining formalities, including document verification and employee record.

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.

  • Organizing employee engagement activities and internal events to enhance morale.
