Responsibilities
- Lab Management:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies; coordinate ordering, receiving, and restocking of materials. Responsible for maintaining an organized and functional studio environment to support teaching and learning.

- Lab Safety:
- Work with faculty, department staff and vendors to execute maintenance, repair, installation, and organization of all equipment and furniture across Print labs. Maintain service logs and maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage and track area expenses using tools such as Microsoft Excel. Monitor and reconcile budgets, course fee accounts, the equipment budget, the paper store, and the Guest Artist in Print Program accounts.
- Support the Guest Artist in Print Program (GAPP) by coordinating student volunteers, preparing materials and classroom spaces, ordering and tracking supplies, packaging completed projects.
- Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience in a Print studio.
- Experience in the operation, daily maintenance, and repair of print lab equipment.
- Knowledge of contemporary art and practice.
- Experience working with print students.
