Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangements, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up.

- Handle payroll-related matters, including attendance, OT, leave, claims, allowances, deductions, incentives, service charge, salary changes, employee movements, CPF, payslips, and payroll adjustments.
- Manage confirmation matters, including confirmation assessments, insurance and medical benefit enrolment checks, confirmation letters, dining vouchers, LOC, uniforms, and related follow-ups.
- Handle resignation and offboarding matters, including resignation confirmation, last day confirmation, leave balance checking, AOR preparation, IR21, salary withholding, exit survey, and work pass cancellation.
- Support employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, performance issues, counselling records, warning letters, PIP, and termination documentation.
- Maintain HR trackers, including recruitment, headcount, confirmation, leave, work pass expiry, passport expiry, training, payroll movement, resignation, turnover, and wage cost records.
- Support training and development matters, including sending employees for courses, tracking training records, and following up on training requirements.
- Handle employee insurance and claims matters, including medical insurance, WICA, AIA updates, and government-paid leave claims such as maternity, paternity, childcare, and related claims.
- Support HR policies, employee handbook updates, HR announcements, staff engagement, company events, and other HR projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or a fast-paced operational environment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, CPF, IRAS, WICA, and work pass matters.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, work passes, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Able to handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and sensitive HR matters professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable maintaining trackers and reports.
- Experience with HR systems. Experience with Whyze will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on, practical, and able to work independently.
