Responsibilities
- Drive commercial and business planning by supporting the annual Management Plan, defining sales activity strategies, and setting product pricing, commercial terms, and conditions.
- Ensure financial and operational alignment through regular stocktaking activities and performance reviews to support accurate reporting and informed decision‑making.
- Maintain financial discipline and cash flow by regularly monitoring country sales budgets and ensuring timely debt collection from all customers.
- Develop and performance‑manage the sales team by identifying and coordinating sales training needs and conducting regular (weekly) reviews of sales and coordination activities to ensure targets and sales objectives are consistently met.
- Market intelligence and opportunity prioritization by monitoring competitor activities and classifying potential customers using Prysmian OSEA‑approved methodologies.
- Business growth and account development through active management of existing customers, contribution to sales strategy discussions, and structured account development plans with clear goals.
- Customer acquisition and relationship management by engaging prospective and existing domestic customers, managing routes to market, conducting client meetings, site visits, and relationship‑building activities.
- Brand promotion and channel expansion by representing Prysmian at fairs, conferences, and industry forums, and maintaining strong relationships with agents, distributors, stockists, and other business generators.
- Cross‑functional and stakeholder coordination by liaising with internal Prysmian teams, subcontractors, and relevant private and government bodies to ensure competitive pricing, timely customer responses, and smooth execution of projects and proposals.
- Validate and prepare quotations by completing the quotation master checklist for domestic clients, reviewing quotation requests, and ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to tender submission.
- Manage tender follow‑up and negotiations by tracking tender status, reviewing quotations before submission, submitting offers to clients, and negotiating final commercial terms.
- Ensure regulatory and system compliance by implementing and maintaining the HSE Management System (HSEMS) in line with government regulations, company HSE policies, HIRADC requirements, and international standards ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Promote a strong safety and environmental culture by maintaining HSE equipment, continuously reminding colleagues to prioritize health, safety, and environmental protection, and preventing workplace incidents and environmental harm.
- Qualification
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering / Oil and Gas related.
- Working experience with Oil and Gas background ~5years.
