About the role

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Director, LATAM Regional Compliance Officer to lead the company's anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) and FCPA compliance program across Latin America and the Caribbean. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Lead the LATAM FCPA/ABAC compliance program, including regional strategy, governance, risk prioritization, executive reporting, and execution across active businesses, acquisitions, joint ventures, and government-facing operations. Build and mature a scalable ABAC control framework covering government interactions, gifts and hospitality, sponsorships, charitable donations, third-party risk, escalation standards, monitoring, and reporting. Lead post-acquisition and joint venture compliance integration, including due diligence input, pre-close risk assessment, policy deployment, control implementation, remediation tracking, and post-close monitoring. Advise senior regional stakeholders on high-risk business decisions involving government touchpoints, books-and-records risks, internal controls, sanctions, PEP exposure, and third-party engagements. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, M&A, Compliance Operations, in-country leadership, external counsel, and forensic advisors to identify, escalate, and remediate material compliance risks. Direct regional ABAC/FCPA training and communications, ensuring content is locally relevant, language appropriate, role-based, and supported by completion tracking and effectiveness measures. Oversee regional risk reviews, forensic compliance workstreams, remediation plans, and leadership updates to ensure timely accountability, closure of findings, and visibility into emerging risk trends. Develop durable regional compliance infrastructure, including templates, workflows, dashboards, escalation protocols, and cross-functional operating rhythms that support sustainable oversight. Ensure that regional programs align with global program standards. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, advanced degree, or relevant certification such as CCEP, CFE, CAMS, CISA, or CPA preferred 10+ years of FCPA/ABAC, ethics and compliance, investigations, audit, legal, or related risk experience, including meaningful responsibility for Latin American or Caribbean markets. Demonstrated Director-level capability to set strategy, design governance, influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional execution, and deliver executive-ready reporting. Deep working knowledge of FCPA anti-bribery provisions, books-and-records obligations, internal controls, third-party risk, government interactions, gifts and hospitality, sponsorships, donations, and high-risk approvals Fluent Spanish, written and verbal, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders, deliver training, engage in-country teams, and coordinate with regional counsel; Brazilian Portuguese preferred. Experience leading post-acquisition or joint venture compliance integration, including ABAC due diligence, risk prioritization, policy deployment, remediation tracking, and post-close monitoring. Strong understanding of LATAM regulatory, cultural, and business environments across multiple jurisdictions, with sound judgment in balancing risk management and commercial practicality Ability to partner effectively with Accounting, Finance, Legal, M&A, Compliance Operations, in-country management, external counsel, and forensic advisors on complex regional risk matters Working knowledge of financial statements, books-and-records risk, internal controls, and forensic accounting concepts; accounting background or CP
