About the role
Perform data processing, transactions, and updates in KWE's WMS (warehouse management system) and/or customer's system. Communicate with our customers via email and phone calls on daily operational matters. Verify the billing summaries with supporting operational documents prior to customers and customer requirements. Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines. Provide immediate reporting to the direct superior on any irregularities, discrepancies, or customer escalations. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer in same industry is a plus but not necessary. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related documentation processes and SAP. Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) for communication with customers and appointed vendors. Experience handling documentation such as operational checklists, temperature and RH reports, and compliance records. Able to compile and submit periodic KPI reports accurately. Capable of verifying billing reports against operational records and service agreements. 5.5 days' work week, alternate Saturday upon confirmation.
