Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly close process including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions
- Responsible for all accounting aspects related to Cloud computing and Intangibles

- Provide support for the annual financial statement audit and SOX processes
- Assist the Accounting team in researching, documenting, and implementing the impact of current accounting convention when necessary
- Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
- Participate in various department-wide initiatives
- Assist management with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
- 2+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, public company experience a plus
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy of information and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, business partners and external contacts to maximize efficiency and results
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
