M&e Coordinator

About the role

Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a qualified and experienced mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineer with relevant experience, possess a degree from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board to be overall in charge of all M&E trades,which covers: Review project specifications and technical clarifications Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree Holders from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board. Minimum 5 years relevant experience of M & E works Use of Autocad would be an advantage Proficient in using Microsoft Office Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
