Is responsible for managing, reviewing, and implementing both current and long-range strategic goals and objectives. Provides technical expertise in planning and development related to land use, site, and capital improvement plans for new and existing fire station locations. Other duties include supervising staff, managing Division's budget, and providing supervision over other divisional personnel relating to development review and project management. Employee represents the City and Department in both internal and external meetings. Work is performed under the direction of the Deputy Fire Chief and performance is reviewed through conferences, reports, and results obtained.
