Sales & Quotations Executive

Responsibilities

• New Business & Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals and leads
• Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Drive new policy issuance and placements efficiently and accurately
• Support up-selling and cross-selling initiatives where appropriate
• Quotations, Renewals & Policy Management
• Prepare accurate insurance quotations and proposals for customers
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements and cancellations to ensure continuous coverage
• Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms and coverage
• Ensure timely processing of policy issuance and updates
• Customer Service & Claims Support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide ongoing support and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist with claims matters and coordinate with insurers for smooth resolution
• Provide updates on policy status, renewals and claims
• Sales Support & Administration
• Prepare and process policy documents, renewals, cancellations and endorsements withaccuracy
• Update transactions and maintain accurate records in the Success system
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Compile and prepare reports on accounts, renewals and claims (when required)
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties (when required)

• Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management from time to time
• Miscellaneous
• Candidates with relevant insurance certifications (e.g. CGI, PGI, BCP, HI, ComGI, etc.) will be viewed favourably.

Additional Information

This role is responsible for driving new business, managing renewals, and deliveringhigh-quality customer service across General Insurance, including Commercial Motor, Private Motor and Personal Lines. It involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, negotiating with insurers, maintaining strong relationships to achieve business growth, customer retention and service excellence.
