Responsibilities
- New Business & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals and leads
- Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Assist with claims matters and coordinate with insurers for smooth resolution
- Provide updates on policy status, renewals and claims
- Sales Support & Administration
- Prepare and process policy documents, renewals, cancellations and endorsements withaccuracy
- Update transactions and maintain accurate records in the Success system
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Compile and prepare reports on accounts, renewals and claims (when required)
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties (when required)
