About the role

Location: Bengaluru Hybrid The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely execution of end-to-end accounting activities within the R2R function. It focuses on managing lease accounting processes while maintaining compliance with financial policies and controls. The role supports reliable financial reporting through effective month-end close and reconciliation activities. It also plays a key part in strengthening stakeholder relationships and improving service delivery standards. Additionally, the role drives process efficiencies and continuous improvements across accounting operations. Overall, it contributes to maintaining the integrity and quality of financial data across global entities. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Strong accounting expertise: Solid understanding of R2R processes, lease accounting, journal entries, month-end close, and high-volume reconciliations, along with knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (SOX). Attention to detail & accuracy: Ability to ensure data integrity, perform thorough reconciliations, and deliver timely, error-free financial reporting under tight deadlines. Stakeholder management & collaboration: Capability to effectively engage with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and service excellence. Systems proficiency & continuous improvement mindset: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP and BlackLine) along with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies.
