Responsibilities

  • Course Delivery
  • Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management, and team development programs in virtual or in person settings, following CLC instructional standards.
  • Create a learner‑centered, engaging environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.

  • Facilitate team development workshops on a variety of topics (for example: team communication, interfaces management, team goals and strategies etc.)

  • Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Operational & Learning Support
  • Support course and offering setup in Workday Learning (LMS) (scheduling, roster management, pre and post-class communications).
  • Partner with Workday Learning teams to ensure accurate attendance and reporting.
  • Partner with managers and HRBPs to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Experience in Learning and Development role (Instruction, Facilitation, Coaching, Instructional Design) in Semiconductor/Manufacturing Organization
  • Experience working with highly technical and skilled audiences as well as senior management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Be a confident facilitator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills that creates a safe learning environment for their students.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced multicultural environments, ability to connect and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds
  • Growth mindset and willingness to develop in the world of Learning and Development
  • Willingness to travel to different KLA offices per demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organisational Development (or related subject) or hold equivalent level of experience
  • OR
  • Engineering or other technical degrees are equally welcome for candidates who wish to transition to a role in Learning & Development.
