QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and implement comprehensive testing processes, including full end to end and exploratory testing.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared ownership of quality.
• Develop and embed QA best practices across teams.
• Support the definition of functional and non functional testing requirements.
• Maintain and optimise test environments to ensure reliability.
• Produce clear, detailed test reports for stakeholders.
• Take full accountability for test activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate testing outcomes with clarity, confidence, and impact.
• What You Bring
• Essential
• Proven experience in test management within microservices and data driven environments.
• Strong background in functional and non functional testing.
• Hands on experience with:
• Leading QA teams
• Test development, performance monitoring, reporting
• Java (Cucumber), Python (Spark)
• REST and Playwright frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), APIs, event driven architectures, and databases.
• Desirable

Your Mission As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will own the QA strategy end to end . You'll define robust testing processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that every release meets the high standards expected of a global payments leader. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, compliance, and operations becoming the voice of quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. This is a role for someone who thrives on curiosity, challenges assumptions, and asks the all important question: "How do I break this?"
