Systems & Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time system events and alerts, ensuring timely detection and escalation of issues.
• Coordinate response activities, including activating support teams and tracking incident resolution.
• Act as first responder for system defects and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Support communication and coordination via calls and group channels for incident management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Infocomm Technology or related field.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays (based on roster).
• Prior experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) is an advantage.

Additional Information

Listed Company Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus Working days and working hours: Weekdays and 8am to 5.30pm Work Location: Changi (Shuttle service provided- Tanah Merah Mrt)
