Position Location: Full-time or part-time opportunities working in-home available across Massachusetts! Treatment Center opportunities in Milford, Rockland, Leominster, North Andover, Fall River and Chicopee. You'll play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD. You'll implement play-based, evidence-backed programs in clients' homes, collaborate closely with families and supervisors, and track developmental progress - all while growing your own career in a field that's as rewarding as it is dynamic. A Day in the Life... Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills Deliver fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon
