Liquid Personnel is looking for a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence and safety at home. What will your responsibilities be? Complete aids and adaptations assessments for service users. Develop and implement plans for major adaptations in line with statutory requirements. Prescribe and recommend major adaptations to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with housing teams, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely delivery of adaptations
