The successful candidate will oversee a team of direct reports and be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing and monitoring patient safety systems, and ensuring the highest standards of care with the goal of zero harm. The Director of Patient Safety Improvement and their team are the "effector" arm of Montefiore Medical Center's safety infrastructure, ensuring improvements are rigorously and sustainably implemented.
