Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the local Impact & Sustainability strategy, driving the implementation of Glovo's global goals within the Polish market;
  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects related to partners, couriers, sustainability and social impact, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Build and manage strategic alliances, working hand-in-hand with external partners, NGOs, and local stakeholders to amplify social and environmental impact;
  • Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with local operations and commercial teams to integrate sustainability into the core of the business and ensure alignment;
  • Manage global and local reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to track progress against key targets;

  • Advocate for sustainability initiatives, preparing talking points and representing Glovo's impact mission at industry events and partner forums;
  • Work closely with Government Relations & PR to align on prioritization of engagement projects at a country level.
  • Monitor performance and local trends, analyzing the effectiveness of social programs and staying ahead of the evolving landscape in Poland;

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in Business, Sustainability, Project Management, Public Administration or Non-Profit Organizations
  • Outstanding project management skills. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to handle complex, multifaceted projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and attentive to details
  • A natural inclination for social relations and an innate talent for persuading, engaging and involving stakeholders of all kinds, regardless of who you're dealing with, around shared goals.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Experience in working or volunteering with NGOs
