You can find more about us here Your mission El Key Account Manager será responsable de incrementar la facturación, los márgenes y la visibilidad de la marca o franquicia , estableciendo relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo con cuentas estratégicas nacionales y regionales . Requisitos : Lic. concluida Experiencia minima de 5 años comoKey Account Manager en la indiustria farmacéutica Experiencia en la gestión de distribuidores y mayoristas del sector pharma/retail (Ej: Nadro) Funciones: Incrementar la facturación, los márgenes y el posicionamiento de la marca o franquicia, así como establecer alianzas a largo plazo y relaciones comerciales con cuentas nacionales o regionales clave, cumpliendo siempre con las normas éticas y la estrategia definida. Contribuir al diseño de una estrategia de desarrollo a gran escala, alineada con la estrategia comercial de la marca/franquicia. Implementar la estrategia comercial de la(s) marca(s)/franquicia(s) en sinergia con otros equipos internos (Marketing, etc.) y negociar la comercialización de los portafolios de productos con los clientes, conforme a la política de ventas vigente. Negociar acuerdos que incluyan compensaciones. Aplicar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de acuerdos en punto de venta. Analizar indicadores de clientes y del mercado. Elaborar planes de acción (facturación, plan comercial, retail, etc.). Construir alianzas sostenibles con clientes clave, tanto de centros de compras públicos como privados. Monitorear el mercado, la competencia y los clientes, asegurando un flujo constante de información hacia y desde los equipos/departamentos relevantes. Who you are ?
