Asst Finance Manager - SAP S/4HANA Required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
• Perform budget-versus-actual and financial variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
• Monitor internal controls and resolve audit findings or control gaps.
• Guide junior finance team members.
• Drive finance process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• ACCA, CPA or CA qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum five years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Must have in-house finance experience within a manufacturing, production or plant environment.
• Must have strong hands-on working experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and external audit coordination.
• Good understanding of finance operations, internal controls and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive in resolving finance issues.

Additional Information

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Finance Manager with strong manufacturing finance experience. Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination and daily finance operations within a finance team of approximately 9-10 employees.
