Responsibilities
- You'll contribute to our growth strategy by:
- Owning CRM excellence : Acting as the SME for CRM, maintaining data quality, optimising usage, and supporting the team with insights, reporting and best practice across platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365 or similar).

- Delivering events and engagement : Organising and coordinating events, workshops and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and strong engagement.
- Tracking performance and insights : Supporting reporting and dashboards, analysing feedback and metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.
- Ensuring operational and compliance excellence : Acting as a Line 1 control, identifying and managing risks while ensuring all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- You're a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong foundation in sales operations or coordination, and a passion for enabling high-performing teams.
- Core Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in a sales operations, sales support, or administrative role
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (experience with Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
- Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Technical Capability:
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite , particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with systems, tools, and data to drive insights and efficiency
- Desirable :
- Understanding of the payment industry - Issuing & Acquiring (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to sales performance
