ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Corporate Real Estate & Facilities ensures Franklin Templeton offices worldwide are safe, efficient, and welcoming. HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE We seek a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations. You will support overall operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure (electrical, fire suppression, and HVAC equipment) supporting two data centers and other critical spaces and equipment. You will provide coverage of BMS alerts and notifications for critical infrastructure systems to ensure that all services are delivered effectively. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of fire suppression systems and electrical power systems, including UPS and generators. You are experienced in finish carpentry, painting, flooring, and door repairs. You are experienced in modular furniture systems and installation. You will ensure vendor performance meets contractual and quality requirements. You will build relationships and partnerships with facilities operations and maintenance teams. You will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, inspections, and permits. You will accurately log completed work and materials used. You will follow all safety policies and help champion a safety-first mindset. You will be available for occasional weekend projects and on call for emergencies. WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 6-8+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance required Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions Valid driver's license with a clean record Participate in on-call rotation Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards-monetary and non-monetary - designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
