Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Generic Team, based at Isle of Anglesey. This is a locum role offering hybrid working, strong supervision, and a supportive team environment. What will your responsibilities be? Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments and develop person‑centred care and support plans. Manage a varied caseload, including safeguarding adults, risk assessment, and complex decision‑making. Apply professional judgement in line with statutory duties, policies, and procedures. Work collaboratively with health partners, providers, and families to promote independence and ensure safe, effective support.
