Responsibilities
- Roll out robust, standardized sales procedures to drive revenue growth.
- Keep sales projections and opportunity pipelines current and meticulously tracked.

- Examine, track, and interpret market shifts and competitive dynamics, then use those insights to build strategic initiatives that achieve defined goals.
- Engage with vendors and suppliers to forge and strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or Business solutions sales(ERP sales)
- Having strong business-related knowledge, conscious and sensitive to business practices
- Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach
- Strong understanding of IT business solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
- Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented
