Responsibilities

  • Roll out robust, standardized sales procedures to drive revenue growth.
  • Keep sales projections and opportunity pipelines current and meticulously tracked.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Delivery, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective account stewardship and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Administer the creation and maintenance of all sales records, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Examine, track, and interpret market shifts and competitive dynamics, then use those insights to build strategic initiatives that achieve defined goals.
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to forge and strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or Business solutions sales(ERP sales)
  • Having strong business-related knowledge, conscious and sensitive to business practices
  • Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach
  • Strong understanding of IT business solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
  • Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented
