- Support the Sales Team with after-sales care and upselling opportunities.
- Operational Excellence
- Prepare and act on service reports.
- Participate in workshops, and customer meetings when needed.
- Process Improvement
- Apply and improve established processes and policies.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, accessories, and software.
- Attend internal and external training sessions.
Requirements
