Position SummaryCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus planDuties/ResponsibilitiesRegional IT OperationsManage and support daily IT operations across multiple sites within the assigned regionMonitor network performance, hardware/software systems, and user support activities to ensure optimal uptime and service deliveryCoordinate implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts at the regional levelTeam Leadership & SupportSupervise local IT support staff, technicians, or contractors; provide guidance and escalate issues as needed.Serve as the regional escalation point for complex IT issuesSupport onboarding/offboarding, access control, and equipment provisioning in collaboration with HR and national ITInfrastructure & Asset ManagementEnsure proper maintenance of regional IT assets, including workstations, servers, networking equipment, and mobile devicesMaintain asset inventory, licensing records, and site-level documentationSecurity & ComplianceEnforce corporate IT security policies and procedures at all regional locationsAssist in regional compliance audits and risk assessments related to IT systemsCommunication & CoordinationCollaborate with corporate IT teams to align regional efforts with national strategies and initiativesCoordinate with regional leadership to support business operations and technology needsProvide regular updates, reporting, and performance metrics to IT leadershipEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma with proven experience in a similar role2+ years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or regional support roleStrong knowledge of networking, Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint managementProven experience managing or supporting multi-site environments and teamsStrength in people management including coachingAbility to work across teams and achieve resultsAnalytical skills with data and reporting to understand trends and diagnose potential root causes and corrective actions.Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExcellent project management skillsFamiliarity with Office 365 administration, Entra, Exchange and IntuneExperience with Cisco Meraki network hardware and managementProficiency with Microsoft Office with a focus on ExcelAbility and willingness to travel within the region (estimated 20-40%) to support projects or initiatives onsite at LifeStance practicesPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
