Position Overview: The Condo Project Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Condo Project Reviewers in their day-to-day requirements while ensuring service level agreements are being maintained. The Condo Project Team Lead provides solutions and assistance to loan-level escalations, complex scenarios, and escalated project reviews while also determining when loan level issues require escalation to the management level. The Condo Project Team Lead directs the daily assignments of the condo review staff to ensure acceptable turn times and load balancing as well as mentoring where required. Job Responsibilities: Daily leadership of condo and co-op reviewers and pipeline management. Manage pipeline to maintain efficiency and designate priority based on company and branch needs and expectations. Review all potentially denied condo and co-op project reviews prior to decision; escalate as needed. Identify and escalate potential updates on job aids for reviewers as needed. Review and decision branch escalations. Participate in monthly meetings with to include "recognitions", guideline changes, process changes, and any training. Assist branch needs on scenarios. Monitor condo project inbox. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 + years of condo review experience. Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements. Encompass LOS experience, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
