Your New role Delivering a High level of customer service to your portfolio, clients and third parties. Collecting debts in a timely and effective manner Ensuring all collection avenues are investigated Achieving revenue targets and service standards Issuing litigation, utilising search tools, skip tracing and field calling for outstanding debts Working effectively as part of a team including contribution of new ideas, process improvements, team activities and incentives Building and maintaining strong relationships with business contacts including legal firms, clients and other external parties as required About You Experience in Insurance and or recoveries is highly regarded Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation skills The ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks If you have a strong work ethic, team player attitude and the willingness to make a difference then this could be the role for you.
