You'll be part of our world class 6-people Sales Team based in Toronto that supports our Clients and takes care of relationship with them. As our Intern you will be providing timely market reports as well as supporting the rollout of sales campaigns. This is a chance to expand your skills by learning about the forex market, financial markets, the sector and sales strategies with a leading retail forex and crypto broker. Additionally, y ou will have the opportunity to make a difference with our clients by assisting with their account and platform questions. We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments. What You'll Do? Coordinate and assist our sales team in the onboarding of clients located throughout the US and Canada Liaison with our marketing team to develop and deliver assets in support of targeted campaigns Engage in customer service-oriented outbound calls, emails and via other communication channels. Answering prospect's questions concerning OANDA's account requirements and products. Documentation of client communications: Documenting all client communications in Salesforce. Attend and contribute to sales meetings. Working to company policies, processes, procedures, and standards. What Makes You a Good Fit? Bachelor's degree and/or relevant post-graduate education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets. Ability to work min. 35 hours weekly. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach :)
