Responsibilities
- User Support & Service Operations:
- Act as the on-site first point of contact for colleagues, register tickets on behalf of end users if required. Resolve user requests and incidents in a timely manner according to Group IT defined processes.

- Responsible for managing Intrum network equipment stock.
- Local Technical Infrastructure:
- Ensure the proper functioning of all technical equipment and systems, including: Local server room
- Surveillance systems
- TV and conference room equipment
- Other relevant office technology
- License & Compliance Management:
- Oversee local software license management, ensuring compliance with Group IT policies.
- Support external audits by providing required technical documentation and evidence.
- Communication & Governance:
- Maintain up‑to‑date information about local IT support on the Intrum Intranet.
- Participate in Intrum Group transformation and modernization projects.

- Assist Group Infrastructure teams with LAB environments and other centralized service activities when required.
- Act as an extension of Intrum IT Service Desk for "walk up support" cases and ticket resolution requiring physical presence

- Supervise the office during the absence of the Office Administrator, including:
- Coordinating and supervising external suppliers and service providers
- Managing access control (cards, visitor log)
- Issuing office equipment and maintaining accurate inventory registration
Requirements
- Education:
- Vocational or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent work experience may substitute formal education.
- Skills & Competences:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, workstation setup, and software installation.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, user account administration, and access management.
- Practical skills in hardware troubleshooting, peripheral configuration, and basic network concepts.
- Experience supporting local office infrastructure (conference equipment, surveillance systems, server room basics).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation; able to support users at all levels.
- Accuracy in asset management, documentation, and license tracking.
- Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- 3+ years' experience in IT support, service desk, or similar hands‑on technical role.
- Experience with ticketing systems and cooperation with centralized IT teams.
- Experience in hardware inventory management and handling suppliers is an advantage.
- Exposure to audits, compliance processes, or IT security reviews is a plus.
