Conduct day-to-day operations of Digital Language Learning Center in BINUS @Campus 2. Perform scheduling and and certification in DLLC with related parties 3. Set up and monitor student improvement of DLLC in BINUS @Campus 4. Manage data collection of feedback gathering related to course and teaching contents in DLLC (quarterly) 5. Create evaluation and feedback form to evaluate DLLC program and activities in BINUS @Campus 6. Analyze the database in DLLC for academic or commercial purpose 7. Collaborate with IT Department and related parties regarding to all DLLC process and content 8. Build internal and external relationship with related parties in DLLC development 9. Provide data for monthly and quarterly report related to operational activity of Digital Language Learning Center in BINUS @Campus 10. Perform subscription, enrolment and scoring data transfer 11. Facilitate any workshop held by DLLC BINUS @Campus for students during each semester Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement : - Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or - University student (6th semester) Work Experience : - No working experience Special Skills : - Have knowledge of basic computer program (i.e., MS-Office: word, excel, pdf) - Digital/Social Media literate If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
