Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance matters, and benefits administration with relevant stakeholders and shared services teams.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and employee records in HR systems.
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Support initiatives that promote gender equity and an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure fair and consistent HR practices across teams.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Support HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
