- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance matters, and benefits administration with relevant stakeholders and shared services teams.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and employee records in HR systems.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
