The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Human Resources and Staff Development is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Training and Staff Development, the training Coordinator will assist with planning and scheduling various selected and agency-wide trainings, some of which may include, soft skills, technical skills, and professional development trainings. The candidate will assist with curriculum development, specifically, with the design, coordination, and development of internal learning solutions that support the mission of the agency. Other responsibilities include but not limited to; maintaining the training room calendar for reservation, open and close the training room before and after an event, monitor the Staff Development inbox and responds to inquires in a timely manner, create, and distribute training certificates in addition. The selected candidate may be asked to assist with: creating special reports; assist in special projects; attend and take notes at meetings; and work on other special training programs and initiatives as identified by the Director. Please note: All candidates must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States (U.S.).
