Current formal programs include Health Occupations, Diagnosis Days and Camp MedStars.Develops and nurtures community partnerships for the purpose of supporting and delivering educational and academic programs.Coordinates scheduling for education programs and activities.Demonstrates best educational practice skills in teaching and presentation; stays current on use of educational technologies for distance program delivery.Coordinates evaluation process for programs and records evaluation data. Works with CEAHEC outside evaluators in providing data collection for larger evaluation purposes.Follows budget and resource guidelines for educational offerings and programs.Maintains grant tracking records, assists with grant writing and fund-raising as necessary.Represents CEAHEC (and SCHS) on regional, academic and health care career collaborations- including the Central Oregon STEM Hub; Better Together; Let's Talk Diversity Coalition.Designs new training programs, new community health or outreach programs as needed.Supports the vision, mission and values of the organization in all respects.Supports Value Improvement Practice (VIP- Lean) principles of continuous improvement with energy and enthusiasm, functioning as a champion of change.Provides and maintains a safe environment for caregivers, patients and guests.Conducts all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Pay range: $57,699 - $86,548 annually, based on experience.
