Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
• Must have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a Project Management Office in Application Upgrade Project in Banking Industry. Overall experience not more than 15 years.
• Proven track record in end-to-end application upgrade projects.
• Experience in managing enterprise software applications, application modernization, system implementation, or application upgrade initiatives is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software application lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support is required.
• Strong understanding of software application delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile practices is mandatory.
• Experience managing application upgrade, migration, modernization, or cloud/SaaS transformation projects within complex enterprise environments is required.
• Experience overseeing software vendors, development teams, system integrators, and technical delivery partners.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and provide governance over application quality, security, performance, scalability, and operational readiness.

Job Summary We are hiring a Consultant with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a Project Management Office in Application Upgrade Project SDLC in Banking Industry. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned banking projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution. Develop and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, and resource allocation incoordination with client teams. Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and provide progress updates to internal and client management. Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives. Support change management and stakeholder communication initiatives. Ensure adherence to client methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide project team members, including consultants and client staff, to foster collaboration and productivity.
