Requirements

  • Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

  • Eager to learn, with 2+ years of automotive experience (dealership or independent shop)
  • Able to perform in a physically active role (standing, bending, lifting 20-50 lbs, working in various weather conditions)
  • Essential Functions:
  • Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders
  • Perform maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently
  • Notify the Service Manager when additional work is required or timing changes
  • Conduct road tests to verify diagnostic and repair quality
  • Participate in manufacturer and dealership training to maintain current technical skills
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Berlin City's core values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
  • 1-2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
