Job Description: The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for distribution compliance, driving sales and brand presence across assigned retail locations while delivering exceptional in-store execution. This role also manages small regional accounts, building strong partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow. *This role is responsible for managing and supporting the Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph territory. A Bachelor's degree (preferred). 2+ years of Sales experience. Retail sales experience is highly preferred. Ability to lift products (maximum lifting requirement of 50 pounds). Ability to perform repetitive movements, including but not limited to getting in and out of a car, bending, leaning, stretching, pushing, pulling, and gripping. Ability to obtain a level of automobile insurance coverage as determined by the company. Valid driver's license. What will be your key responsibilities? Execute retail sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets/KPI's. Each period - planned for 16 days as retail field sales associate, and 4 days to manage small regional customers (subject to change depending on regional customer responsibilities). Suggest orders, sell and execute programs and booking sheets to maintain products distribution as per perfect store guidelines. Merchandize & ensure shelves and displays are stocked with all listed products & compliant to planograms. Ensure implementation and execution of promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives. Work with customers to secure secondary spaces for building of displays. Rotating the product on the shelf and in the back room to ensure optimal product quality and freshness. Maintain accurate data collection through handheld technology as determined by the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and customers. Influence Customers to Implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company. Execute all agreed solutions with customers to Include timely, accurate forecasting and detailed follow through. Provide customers with category solutions and make recommendations for category growth. Gather feedback from retail partners and consumers to improve sales strategies. Monitor and share insights of competitive activity in the field - distribution, execution, pricing and promotion. Manage customers trade funds that complies with Internal and external requirements and continually Improve effectiveness of spending. Territory management - maintain customer call coverage that involves an efficient and cost-effective use of time and resources. Strong communication with internal and external partners.
