Are you someone who can: - To provide support to the Commerial Clients for opening and maintenance of client accounts and mandates. - Maintenance and updating of client mandates including account signatories, resolutions and Know Your Customer (KYC) - Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making. - Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information. - Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards. - Maintains control over the flow of original documents, adhering to laid down procedures. - Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization. - Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise and influence.
