About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Brand & Social to support the development and execution of brand, campaign, and social media initiatives across Mudah and Carousell. This role will manage brand and social programmes across multiple brands, audiences, and business priorities, while identifying opportunities for integrated and dual-brand initiatives that strengthen overall brand and business impact. Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Management
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies across Mudah and Carousell, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
  • Translate audience insights, market opportunities, and business priorities into actionable brand initiatives, campaigns, and communication strategies
  • Support the development of brand positioning, audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and communication plans across multiple brands and customer segments
  • Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and creative execution across channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities for integrated and dual-brand initiatives that strengthen overall brand and business impact
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Develop campaign objectives, messaging frameworks, audience strategies, and channel plans across Mudah, Carousell, and dual-brand initiatives where relevant
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and business impact
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, risks, and post-campaign evaluations
  • Social Media & Content
  • Lead social media strategy and content planning across Mudah and Carousell
  • Manage content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with campaign, audience, and business priorities
  • Identify audience, cultural, and industry trends to strengthen brand relevance and engagement
  • Oversee content development, influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and community initiatives
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend optimisation opportunities across platforms and audience segments
  • Media Planning & Partnerships
  • Support media planning and campaign amplification strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement across one or multiple brands
  • Coordinate media, agency, and partner relationships to support campaign objectives and business priorities
  • Monitor campaign and media effectiveness to improve future planning and investment decisions
  • Agency, Vendor & Event Management
  • Manage relationships with agencies, production houses, freelancers, media partners, and vendors
  • Coordinate creative development, production timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery across multiple campaigns and brands
  • Support planning and execution of events, launches, sponsorships, and brand activations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop team members across Brand and Social functions
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to strengthen capability and execution quality
  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, Product, Business, and external stakeholders
  • Align stakeholders across multiple brands, business units, and audience segments to ensure coordinated execution and consistent customer experiences
  • Drive accountability, alignment, and effective decision-making across projects and campaigns

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Social Media, or Integrated Marketing
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Experience managing multiple brands, business units, product categories, or audience segments
  • Experience managing agencies, production houses, freelancers, and external vendors
  • Experience planning and executing events, partnerships, sponsorships, or brand activations
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, audience segmentation, and integrated marketing communications across multiple brands and customer segments
  • Experience in campaign planning, media planning, and channel strategy
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement, with familiarity with social listening, reporting, and analytics tools
