ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture. General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms. Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways. Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company's utility vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned.
