Responsibilities
- Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with senior leaders and their leadership teams to ensure all reporting and analytics are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide superior analytical and business support to the Global Service & Delivery business unit to ensure they are equipped with insight and analysis to support investments.

Requirements
- 4+ years working for a large organization delivering data insights/business analysis.
- Master's degree with a concentration in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or Statistics, or similar area is required.
- Experience in business partnering and executive communication.
- Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using self-service analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) is required.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Experience with scripting and data analysis languages, such as Python and R is a plus.
- Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement.
