About the role
As Global Pharma Operations Project Manager, you will take on a newly established role with a unique opportunity to shape and elevate our global pharma operations. Your key responsibilities include: Lead and deliver global projects focused on pharmaceutical compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence across regions and sites. Drive cross-functional digitalization initiatives to standardize and optimize processes across inbound logistics, manufacturing, and outbound operations. Act as a global ambassador for pharma standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal best practices. Own and manage project execution, including timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication. Drive digital integration and optimization of ERP D365 and manufacturing systems to ensure end-to-end traceability, compliance, and data transparency. Ensure robust data integrity and documentation practices, including batch records, quality documentation, and audit readiness. Oversee and strengthen quality and compliance frameworks, including audits, deviation handling, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Support supplier qualification and risk-based supply chain management to ensure consistent quality and business continuity. Develop and implement global standards, SOPs, and training programs to embed pharmaceutical compliance and operational best practices. Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, digitalization, and compliance across global Operations. This position is at our Kolding office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 25 - 35 days per year. What You Know A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or operations. Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and global pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, with practical application in operations. Experience working across end-to-end operations, including supply chain, manufacturing, and quality. Experience with Dynamics365 system and digital transformation initiatives in a global environment. Solid understanding of traceability, data integrity, and digital compliance within regulated industries. Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment. Experience driving change and transformation in complex organizations.
