Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within investment, asset management, or financial services.
• Self-motivated, driven, detail-oriented, and passionate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Maintain accurate financial records across all entities. Assist with preparation of financial statements and month-end/year-end closing. Record and track investment transactions, income (dividends, interest), and portfolio movements. Support tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation. Organize and maintain financial documents and records (digital and physical). Support process improvement initiatives and ensure end-to-end execution. Provide administrative support including payment processing and expense tracking. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with service providers. Handles administrative functions such as documentation, coordination, filing, internal reporting support, and assisting with operational or office-related tasks.
