- Monitor and analyze site performance (conversion, AOV, revenue, engagement) and deliver regular actionable recommendations
- Oversee visual asset production and delivery, ensuring timely execution of high-quality creative
- Develop process for digital asset organization and merchandising workflows to support operational efficiency and speed to market
- What you can bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital merchandising
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Heap Analytics, Constructor.io)
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows to drive efficiency and reduce manual lift
- Experience defining KPI frameworks and resolving cross-functional metric misalignment
- Comprehensive knowledge of all traffic acquisition channels and their downstream impact on site behavior
- Deep understanding of customer experience, on-site merchandising, and conversion best practices
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
