- Design the NYC GTM hub model: event strategy, partner relationships, AE hiring profile

Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with 4+ years leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-adjacent technology
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close in a new market or territory - without a pre-existing playbook
- Track record of consistent quota attainment (>100%) leading teams with ACV $100K+ deal sizes
- Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow - not just awareness, actual practice
- Conviction that great enterprise sales is about creating new categories, not fitting into existing ones
- Preferred: Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs Eng, CPOs)
- Preferred: Existing network in the New York enterprise and startup ecosystem
