Responsibilities

  • Equity Plan Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of Omada's equity programs, including grants, exercises, releases, and ESPP purchases.

  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits related to equity compensation.
  • Process Improvement: Act as a functional architect to design and implement automated workflows using Alteryx and advanced data tools, reducing manual intervention, scaling our operations, and enhancing controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in equity administration, preferably in a public company environment.
  • Complete knowledge of equity compensation types (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and related tax/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge, Carta).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-experts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bonus Points for:
  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation.
  • Experience in a newly public or high-growth tech company.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
  • Experience integrating equity systems with HRIS and payroll platforms and building workflows with Alteryx.
